Produced from carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon grapes harvested at optimal ripeness. The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed before undergoing an extended maceration to maximize colour extraction and tannin structure. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures, followed by complete malolactic fermentation. The wine is then matured in French oak barrels, where it develops additional complexity, structure and depth while preserving the varietal character of Cabernet Sauvignon.
Tasting notes
Deep ruby-red colour with violet reflections. The bouquet reveals intense aromas of blackcurrant, ripe blackberry and dark cherry, complemented by elegant notes of cedar, vanilla, tobacco and sweet spices. Rich and structured on the palate, the wine displays layers of black fruit, cocoa and subtle oak nuances supported by ripe tannins and balanced acidity. The finish is long, smooth and persistent. Serve at 16–18°C. An excellent companion for grilled meats, beef dishes, lamb, mature cheeses and hearty Mediterranean cuisine
