Grapes
VInification
Cuvée 19/11 is a carefully crafted blend of Rara Neagră and Pinot Noir, bringing together Moldova's winemaking heritage and international elegance. The grapes are harvested separately at optimum ripeness and vinified individually to preserve the unique character of each variety. Following temperature-controlled fermentation and extended maceration, the wines are blended and matured in French oak barrels, allowing the components to integrate harmoniously while developing complexity and finesse. The result is a refined and distinctive red wine that balances structure, freshness and elegance.
Tasting notes
Brilliant ruby-red colour with delicate garnet reflections. The bouquet opens with expressive aromas of wild berries, red cherry and raspberry, complemented by subtle notes of violet, sweet spices and delicate oak nuances. On the palate, the wine is elegant and harmonious, combining the silky texture and finesse of Pinot Noir with the vibrant fruit character and authenticity of Rara Neagră. Layers of red berries, sour cherry and subtle spice unfold gracefully, supported by refined tannins and balanced acidity. The finish is long, smooth and remarkably elegant. Serve at 16–18°C. An excellent companion for duck, roasted poultry, grilled pork, mushroom dishes and mature cheeses.
